Can anyone identify this spider?

I found this spider outside of my parents house in Central Illinios. I'm not sure if you can tell from the pic but the spider and it's eggs sacs were glowing red/orange-ish!

This is a femal garden orb weaver and she has laid some eggs ready for next year by the looks of it!! glen
