| My family traveled to the island of Vieques off Puerto Rico this summer. We came in contact with a brown/grey spider the circumference of my hand. The body about the size of my thumb. Locals told us it was either a banana spider or a recluse...we wouldn't know until bitten. I am searching in vain for a photo on the internet. Anyone have a clue? | Did you look at the huntsman spiders - they also live in the hotter areas and grow huge glen | |
