This is probably a male trapdoor spider, they are quite often found in swimming pools while they are looking for a mate!! glen

It almost has the same body structure of a iraque camel spider, but its black

Not really, it is a male trapdoor spider not a camel spider!! They are never black and don't have round light abdomens like your photo.

Have been wondering what it is. Can I ask are these poisonous in anyway? He mentioned it had pretty big fangs so we didn't know.

All spiders are venomous, not poisonous, which means that if you ate one you would be OK, but if they bite you they inject venom into you. Trapdoor spiders have large fangs and will bite if in danger but are generally considered harmless to humans!
