Please help me identify spider in Wisconsin

Can anyone please help me identify this spider from Green Bay, WI. She is absolutely gorgeous and huge. This was the best I can do because she has the entire shrubs in front (about 10 feet) webbed across with 2 spiral webs reaching from the shrubs to the eaves of the house webbed. She is always face down on the web when she is out. She comes out once a week to feed I believe.
