What kind of spider is this?

I live in southern Florida and I found this little guy in my backyard making a web on my swing. I thought I saw another one nearby, but it fell to the ground before I could get a good look at it. Can you tell me if it's dangerous?

This is a garden orb weaver, I've yet to find the exact species but I've had a few photos of these recently!! They aren't dangerous to humans
