Tips for keeping wolf spiders?

I have had my wolf spider for a few months but have been debating how much to feed my girl. I usually feed her one bug a week, but that abdomen shrinks fast! Should I worry about underfeeding her or no?

If you think she needs more then give her more. I used to feed the redbacks every 2nd day when we had food for them. As long as she is eating what you give her you aren't overfeeding. It's only when dead food piles up uneaten or is still alive and a danger to the spider that you need to worry,
